The Package

A STORIED PAST, NOW PREMIER STUDENT HOUSING

The Block is located at the corner of Jasper and Rubicon Streets, one block away from the restaurants and services of the Shoppes on Brown Street in Dayton. Originally Smith’s Grocery, then The Mare’s Head Bar, and finally student housing, the Block is located in the middle of the revitalized Fairgrounds Neighborhood.

Each apartment is fully furnished with living and dining room furniture, a big screen plasma/LCD flat screen TV, desks, chairs, and lighting. Utilities are paid with a declining balance paid with rent. Kitchens come with built-in microwaves, full size fridge, garbage disposal, and as a no-cost option, with dinnerware and flatware as well. 73 and 75 Jasper are also equipped with chest freezers, and 73 and 73A have built-in dishwashers.
